Clare Hancox (formerly Griffiths) set up Be. in 2004. She has many years' specialist intellectual property experience gained through working in leading city, west end and niche law firms. Clare firmly believes that clients are best served by the individual attention and the direct access to their solicitors that small firms can provide. "It is extremely important to get to know your clients properly and understand what is right for their businesses. Expertise in the law is a given, but what really adds value to our services is keeping a keen eye on the bottom line and wider commercial considerations.
